Gavin McIntosh, Teacher
My name is Gavin McIntosh, and I am from St. Andrews in Scotland.
I started teaching in 1993 and have taught in Portugal, Czechia, Vietnam and Scotland. I have also done some volunteer teaching in India and Sri Lanka.
I have lived here since 2022 when my Catalan wife and I decided to move back to Spain. Tarragona is a magical place! When I am out walking, the history and coastline never fail to amaze me.
I absolutely adore the sea – whether I’m beside, on or under it, I love it! I also seriously love music. Having been a drummer for more than 40 years, I feel the need for music and rhythm.
Teaching has always been so enjoyable and helping students achieve their goals is a privilege. I look forward to meeting you all soon!
